I'm getting ready to go on vacation with my family tomorrow night and what is keeping me from sleeping? No, not all the things I need to remember to pack or making sure the house is secure before we leave but- yep...you guessed it...WORK! Ugh...I woke up at 3:15 a.m. and couldn't stop thinking about all the things I want to get finished before I head back to school in a few weeks. Noun Detectives Roam the Room activity I just finished. This would be great for first grade as well as (hopefully) a review activity for my second graders. I'll probably use this early in the year to refresh their "summer brains" on what they learned way back in first grade.
Ok, now that I feel a little bit of accomplishment, I'm off to try to catch some z's before the mad rush of packing for a week-long vacation for six gets going. Wish me luck!
